We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to support ongoing maintenance repairs and construction projects across the Clubs facilities and grounds. Position Summary
The Facilities Technician (Carpentry Focus) is responsible for performing skilled carpentry work including construction installation repair and maintenance of structures and fixtures. This role works closely with the Facilities and Maintenance team to ensure all projects are completed safely efficiently and to Escondidos high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform carpentry work including framing trim cabinetry doors windows and general repairs
- Install and repair flooring drywall and other building materials
- Inspect facilities to identify needed repairs or safety concerns
- Operate hand tools power tools and woodworking machinery safely
- Assist with special projects renovations and event-related builds
- Collaborate with the Facilities team to prioritize and complete work orders
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and Club policies

Qualifications
- 3 years of carpentry experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques materials and tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings
- Experience with repairs finish work and general construction
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Reliable professional and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid drivers license required
