Join our vibrant Instrument and Enterprise Services division in the United Kingdom traveling frequently throughout the UK and Europe to provide support to our customers.

A day in the Life:
- Provide on-site installation maintenance and repair of HR-ICP-MS GD-MS and MC-ICP-MS instruments.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by resolving technical issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer success and find opportunities for improvement.

Education
- Degree or equivalent experience in Physics Electronics Chemistry Engineering or a related field.
Experience
- A minimum of three years experience with HR-ICP-MS and/or MC-ICP-MS instruments.
- Experience in a laboratory technical support or scientific instrumentation environment preferred.
- Proficient in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
Knowledge Skills Abilities
- Excellent ability to solve problems effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with digital tools for documentation and reporting.
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
Preparedness to travel widely throughout the UK and Europe (around 75% of the time) including overnight accommodations when necessary. A valid UK drivers licence and passport are required.
