Madden Industrial Craftsmen a premier staffing agency is looking to fill a Copper Tube Machine Operator position with a manufacturing company located in Phoenix AZ. The client specializes in custom heat exchanger coils fluid coolers and remote air-cooled condensers for OEM and replacement markets.

Pay Rate: $19$22 per hour
Location: Phoenix AZ
Schedule:

2nd Shift: MondayFriday 1:30 PM 10:30 PM
3rd Shift: MondayFriday 10:00 PM 6:00 AM
Mandatory overtime as needed
Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Responsibilities

Operate copper tube processing machines used to cut bend expand or form tubing according to specifications.
Read and interpret basic blueprints work instructions and production documents.
Measure and inspect parts using a tape measure to ensure quality and accuracy.
Monitor machine operation and make basic adjustments as needed.
Perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment.
Work independently while also collaborating with production team members to meet daily output goals.

Job Requirements

Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and work instructions.
Must be able to read a tape measure (testing may be required).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and ability to follow precise instructions.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
