Thin Press Machine Operator

Madden Industrial Craftsmen a premier staffing agency is looking to fill a Thin Press Machine Operator position with a manufacturing company located in Phoenix AZ. The client specializes in custom heat exchanger coils fluid coolers and remote air-cooled condensers for OEM and replacement markets.

Pay Rate: $19$23 per hour
Location: Phoenix AZ
Schedule: 3rd Shift: MondayFriday 10:00 PM 6:00 AM (mandatory overtime as needed)
Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Responsibilities

Operate thin press or stamping machines to form metal components according to production specifications.
Load raw materials into the machine and remove finished parts.
Read and interpret basic blueprints work instructions and production documents.
Measure and inspect parts using a tape measure and basic measuring tools to ensure accuracy and quality.
Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed.
Perform routine quality checks to ensure parts meet company and industry standards.
Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment.
Work independently and as part of a production team to meet daily production goals.

Job Requirements

Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and work instructions.
Must be able to read a tape measure.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to follow precise instructions.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
