Job Summary

Braes Egypt is looking for a creative analytical and trendsavvy Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence across platforms. If you re passionate about digital storytelling and community engagement this is your chance to make a real impact.

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with our brand goals.

Manage daily content planning creation and publishing across all platforms (Instagram Facebook LinkedIn TikTok etc.).

Collaborate with content creators designers and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging.

Monitor respond to and engage with followers and online communities.

Track KPIs and prepare performance reports to optimize campaigns.

Stay ahead of trends and algorithm updates to maximize visibility and engagement.

Manage paid social ad campaigns in coordination with the digital marketing team.

Requirements

3 years of experience in social media management preferably in a fastpaced or brandfocused environment.

Strong knowledge of all major platforms and their best practices.

Excellent writing editing and communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Ability to direct or collaborate with videographers photographers and designers.

Handson experience with Facebook Ads Manager and running paid campaigns.

Ability to manage social media budgets and allocate spend based on objectives.

Skilled in handling crisis communication or negative comments professionally.

Experience in influencer or creator collaboration
