Were expanding! We are hiring a Psychiatrist to come join our growing team. We have what you are looking for you will work at various locations within Health Solutions in Pueblo CO.
What Youll Be Doing
As a Psychiatrist with Health Solutions you would be providing strength-focused evidence-based and culturally-sensitive treatment. Creating and sustaining positive compassionate interactions with patients and providing high quality care will be central to the work you do. You would conduct assessments manage cases and provide supportive therapy with utmost kindness and care. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be important to your responsibilities related to evaluating and managing medications. Furthermore youd have the distinct opportunity to provide clinical support and oversight to a multidisciplinary team of Health Solutions professionals who serve our community. Specifically the Psychiatrist responsibilities under the administrative supervision of the Vice President of Medical Services.
What Youll Like About Us
- Competitive pay. Salary $250000-$270000 based on experience and degree; and a sign on bonus of $10000 for onsite ($5000 upon completion of orientation and $5000 after one year of successful completion of employment).(The bonus is not available to candidates who are hired through a recruiting agency however.)

QualificationsWhat Were Looking ForThe Must-Haves
- Enthusiastic leader willing to clinically guide a dynamic team while prioritizing Health Solutions strategic goals;
- Medical degree from an accredited institution;
- Two years of treatment experience in an applicable area of practice;
- Licensure by the Colorado State Board of Medical Examiners;
- Eligibility for or current certification by the American Board of Psychiatry;
- Prescriptive authority as defined by the state of Colorado;
- Ability to obtain DATA 2000 waiver within 6 months of hire;
- Current Colorado drivers license (onsite);
- Access to reliable transportation during work hours (onsite); and
- Computer proficiency
What Wed Like to See in YouThe Nice-to-Haves
- Experience caring for adults and children with addictions and severe and persistent mental illness;
- Track record of working successfully as a part of a multidisciplinary team;
- Experience in managed care environments;
- Spanish language skills.
