Position: Caregiver

Starting Wage: $22.00 - $24.00 /hour

Location:Marion County

Schedules Available:

• Weekdays / Weekends

• Daytime / Evenings

• Part-time & Full-time opportunities
  

Who Were Looking For

• 18 years or older with 1 or more years of care experience
• CPR and First Aid certified or willing to get certified
• Own a smartphone
• Legal U.S. work authorization and background check
• Drivers license and insurance for some roles
  

Preferences

We support individuals with a wide range of needs. Experience in any of the areas below is preferredand will be considered during the matching process.

Behavioral Support Experience

• OIS / crisis intervention training

• Pica

• Physical aggressive behaviors

• Verbal aggressive behaviors

• Elopement / wandering

• Property destruction

• Impulsivity or safety-awareness challenges

• De-escalation and redirection techniques

• Trauma-informed care

• Behavior plan implementation
  

Medical / Clinical Support Experience

• Medication administration

• G-tube care

• Catheter care

• Seizure monitoring and response

• Diabetes care (blood sugar checks insulin support)

• Feeding assistance (including modified diets)

• Mobility support / transfers

• Experience following medical protocols and documentation

• Building Life Skills - Teach and model everyday skills like cooking managing money and understanding social cues - empowering members to grow and thrive.
• Keeping Things on Track - Follow care plans offer medication reminders and document progress so our team can celebrate every milestone together.
