Job Summary
Morristown Nissan is seeking a skilled and certified Nissan Service Technician to join our dedicated team in Morristown TN. The ideal candidate will have expertise in diagnosing repairing and maintaining Nissan vehicles to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and vehicle performance.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic tests to identify vehicle issues accurately.
- Conduct repairs and maintenance following Nissan service standards and guidelines.
- Use Nissan factory tools and equipment to service vehicles efficiently.
- Communicate with customers and service advisors to explain vehicle problems and recommended repairs.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Keep detailed records of all services and repairs performed.
- Stay current with Nissan technical updates recalls and service bulletins.
Requirements
- Certified Nissan Service Technician credential required.
- Proven experience working with Nissan vehicles and systems.
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
