Position: Caregiver -541 R

Starting Wage: $24.00/Hour

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 4pm to 7:30 pm

Client Bio: Im a very smiley adorable and playful kid who loves connecting with people who enjoy being silly patient and engaged. Im happiest when someone gets down on my level pays close attention and is willing to play and interact with me throughout the day. I love toys like army men and Magnatiles and spending time with my family means the world to me.

Communication can be a challenge for meI use words signs gestures and lots of expressive body language. Sometimes its hard for others to understand me right away so I do best with someone who repeats things calmly gives me extra time to process and helps me express what I need.

Im learning new skills every day. I can help with some parts of dressing eating and daily routines but I still need support reminders and step-by-step guidance. I have a lot of energy and sometimes my emotions can get big so I need someone who can stay close help keep me safe and guide me through calming down. Im still working on gentle hands and understanding personal space so supervision and patience are important.

I thrive with someone who is attentive warm and willing to work with someone young who communicates in many different ways. When I feel understood supported and included in play I connect deeply and grow even brighter.

Who Were Looking For

18 years or older with 1 or more years of care experience
CPR and First Aid certified or willing to get certified
Own a smartphone
Legal U.S. work authorization and background check
Drivers license and insurance for some roles
Must own a car to travel for this client to meet them at different locations for the shift

Supporting Daily Living - From helping with meals bathing or getting ready for the day youll provide care that helps members feel confident and comfortable.
Encouraging Independence - Join members on walks shopping trips or community outings helping them connect with the world around them.
Building Life Skills - Teach and model everyday skills like cooking managing money and understanding social cues - empowering members to grow and thrive.
Keeping Things on Track - Follow care plans offer medication reminders and document progress so our team can celebrate every milestone together.
