Job Summary
Responsibilities
Supervision: Lead and coordinate mechanical technicians and maintenance staff in daily operations.
Maintenance Management: Plan schedule and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment.
Inspection & Troubleshooting: Conduct inspections and diagnose mechanical issues in pumps compressors turbines HVAC systems and rotating machinery.
Project Oversight: Supervise mechanical works during shutdowns installations and commissioning activities.
Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols risk assessments and permit-to-work systems.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities equipment history and spare parts usage.
Collaboration: Work closely with engineers planners and other supervisors to meet operational targets.
Requirements
Educational Requirements
Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems rotating equipment and industrial machinery.
Skilled in diagnosing mechanical faults and implementing effective solutions.
Competence in scheduling maintenance and managing resources.
Clear reporting and coordination with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills:
