WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Facilitating the necessary events/activities to deliver value to our customers to create self-sufficiency
Planleadand execute various projectsutilizingCORE Operating System for the Wilsonville OR site.
On-time delivery recovery
Quality escapes and/or yield improvement activities
Specific cost/spend pressures including productivity/efficiency
Transform sites/cells to flow/pitch/takt using standard work (SWCS % load SWS)
Align all portions of operations to work in harmony to include development of robust SIOP processes.
Determine/monitor/improve KPIs and implementation processes
IT Systems (SharePoint web-based content delivery etc.)
Positively affect KPI change
Lead special projects as needed
Effective leader in change management and cultural adaptation

QUALIFICATIONS YOU MUST HAVE:

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
5 years of experience driving tangible process improvements in a Business Process environment.
5 years of experienceleading cross-functional teams and leaders within a complex and sometimes ambiguous matrix organization.
5 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing practices and Operations/Shop Floor management.

QUALIFICATIONS WE PREFER:

Experience withquality & datamanagements systems
Experience with MRP/ERPenterprise solutions (ie.:SAP Oracle)
Experiencewithchange managementthrough the use offormal methods
History of positivelyimpactingculture
CORELean Practitioner Six Sigma Certified (or equivalent)
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience using analytical and problem-solving skills to effectivelyidentifyand resolve issues and mitigate risks.
The ability to remain focused under pressure to assess and resolve challenges.

The salary range for this role is 107500 USD - 204500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
