Hourly Full Time:
40 hours per week
LPN starting at $24/hr

The Job You Will Perform:

Uphold CCMHs Core Values of: Respect Compassion Justice Stewardship and Excellence
Apply knowledge of growth and development in patient and family interactions to care for patients
Measure vital signs on each patient upon presentation to clinic.
Administer medications as ordered by providers while maintaining the 5 Rights.
Document accurately in the patients electronic medical record.
Reconcile patient medication lists.
Contact patients regarding important messages about medications test results and other general medical information.
Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA requirements.
Other duties as assigned within scope of practice.

The Qualifications Skills and/or Knowledge You Bring:

Qualified candidates should be a graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse Program or Certified/Registered Medical Assistant Program
Current licensure in the State of Kentucky or certificate in medical assisting
CPR Certification required
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-faced environment
