This role located in MODESTO CA performs routine quality control activities and other tasks as necessary in a laboratory environment. Records observations and measurements and reports results.

Essential Job Functions:

• Responsible for cleaning disinfecting and maintaining glassware and equipment.
• Assists with receipt and inspection of raw materials May require a bachelors degree in area of specialty and 2-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Familiar with standard concepts practices and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

• This position inspects promotes and maintains adherence to food safety cleanliness in the handling of product ingredients and finished goods using proper work procedures and compliance with Food Safety and Quality Standards as defined by the FDA SQF HACCP and GMP Programs.

Qualifications & Experience:

• High School diploma required. Associates degree preferred
• Proficient in Office products or equivalent (Word Excel Outlook).
• Must be 49CFR Certified.
• Proficient in Chempax Module I-III and Intelex (On-Site programs).

The expected salary range for this role is but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience education training licensure certification location and other job-related non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
