Onsight Healthcare has been contracted to support W.V.U. Medicine in Morgantown West Virginia!

Full-Time Position w/Benefits $16/hour Monday - Friday Weekends Off!

Location

• W.V.U. Medicine in Morgantown West Virginia

Shift Details

• This will be a set schedule working five days weekly Monday - Friday
• Shift times will vary but will be between 5:30am - 8:00pm

Minimum Requirements

• Over the age of 21 years old
• Eligible to work for any U.S. Employer
• High school Diploma or GED
• Possess a valid active in-state regular drivers license (Permitor Probationary License not accepted )
• At least 1 year of valet/shuttle/driving experience with a strong personable customer-centric backgroundis required
• Extremely safe driver familiar with and able to adhere to all major traffic laws
• Maintained a clean driving record for the past 5years as an active driver
• CDL License is not requiredbut is a plus!

Key Responsibilities

When shuttling guests

• Greet and welcome guests to the healthcare facility
• Answer guests questions regardingoffices or department locations.
• Follows a planned route making scheduled stops to pick up or drop off hospital staff and guests.
• Assists patients visitors and guests on and off the shuttlewhen help is needed.
• Daily use of apps/technology to maintainoperational efficiency and logistics for the assigned shuttle route
• Complete pre-shift and end-shift safety checks and document any damage or necessary information about the shuttle.

When not shuttle driving for guests

• Greet and welcome guests to the healthcare facility
• Assist in maintaining a clean welcoming and professional work environment for your co-workers and passengers
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with all patients guests and team members
• Answer guests questions regarding medical offices or department locations.

About You

You have excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset. You know how to de-escalate difficult situations and how to keep a calm and composed attitude in a fast-paced environment.

You are well-spoken professional and able to uphold an exceptional level of integrity and customer service while working.

You are over the age of 21 possess a valid state drivers license with a clean driving record and havethe physical stamina to stand walk and lift moderate weights while working in an outdoor environment.

Answering questions regarding how to get around in the hospital and assisting individuals with mobility challenges are just some of the ways you will elevate the patient experience!

Job Responsibilities

• Support and work in a team environment to meet all metrics that strengthenthe client relationship with Onsight Healthcare.
• Assist individuals with mobility challenges boarding the shuttle
• Daily use of apps/technology to maintainoperational efficiency and logistics
• Meticulously maintain records including photos of the vehicle condition and other records as needed
• Efficiently manage shuttle logistics adhering to all site requirements and assigned routes abidingby all traffic laws
• Provide accurate directions and helpful information about the hospital facilities
• Effectively build relationships with hospital staff patients guests and team
• Actively maintain a clean and professional work environment
• Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

• Over the age of 21 years old
• Eligible to work for any U.S. Employer
• High school Diploma or GED required
• Possess a validin-statedrivers license (Permitand Probationary License Not Accepted)
• Maintained a clean driving record for the past 5years as an active driver
• Work with professionalism integrity and compassion supporting your team and together represent Onsight Healthcare throughout the facility
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Adequately able to operate apps/technology on a tablet and continuously learning about new software that may be applied todaily tasks
• Move with urgency and speedto prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment paying attention to surroundings and details
• Work in a sitting position driving for an entire shift
• Safely and physically able to lift up to50 lbs
• Speak read and write Standard English
• Effectively able to build relationships with yourteam and others in a professional manner
• Ability to walk stand push and pull items while showing empathy and professionalism in the workplace

Compensation

• Base pay of $16/hour
