Salary Range: MSN: $57K-$59K DOE; DNP: $64K
Additional Language Differential Pay Available: SpanishVietnamese Korean Arabic Farsi Swahili or ASL: $3/hour ($6240 annually)
The Primary Care Providerconducts physicals/check-ups medical evaluations diagnostics treats illnesses orders lab tests provides general and preventative care prescribes and monitors medications coordinates with other providers makes specialty care referrals educates patients about preventative care establishes therapeutic relationships with a variety of patients for the purpose of establishing and reaching appropriate treatment goals within the context of an integrated setting.
Duties include:

1. | Nurse Practitioner License | |
2. | Masters degree in nursing or DNP | |
3. | Possess a valid First Aid/CPR and AED certification | |
4. | Possess a valid DEA license | |
5. | Must have valid Arizona drivers license be 21 years of age with minimum 3 years driving experience and meet requirements of Terros Healths driving policy | |
6. | Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or apply for an Arizona fingerprint clearance card (Level 1) within 7 working days of assuming role. | |
7. | Must pass a TB Test. | |
8. | Proficient using computer-based systems including electronic health records (NextGen preferred) Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft Office products. |
