Full-Time Dousman WI

Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OTR) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our exceptional therapy team at a highly respected comprehensive continuum-of-care senior campus in Dousman Wisconsin.

This dynamic SNF-based campus includes short-term rehabilitation long-term care assisted living and independent living and is best suited for a clinician who is confident navigating complex patient presentations fast-paced transitions of care and interdisciplinary collaboration. You will have the opportunity to practice at the top of your license while delivering high-quality patient-centered care across multiple levels of care.

We are looking for a clinician who brings:

Strong clinical reasoning and patient identification skills
Experience managing medical complexity and changing functional status
Comfort collaborating with nursing therapy and interdisciplinary teams
A commitment to quality-driven care over volume

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school with an associate degree as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
Certification by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
1-2 years treating experience preferred

and/or

Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelors masters or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
1-2 years treating experience preferred
