Description

Balter Beerworks is now hiring and looking for a AM Grill Cook!

What were looking for:

2-3 years experience in casual dining
Knife skills range of cooking methods
Attention to detail
Cleanliness and organization is important to you
Use correct tools to prepare all items in accordance with our recipes plate presentation and specifications
Maintain clean area by following sanitation and safety standards
Ensure product quality quantity appearance and temperature.
Set up equipment verification of stock managing food orders

Physical Requirements of a Cook

Able to lift 25-50 lbs.
Exert fast-paced mobility for periods up to 8 hours in length
