Position: Caregiver - 1531Y

Starting Wage: $22.50/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday 2:00pm-8:00pm

Location: Tualatin OR 97062

Client Bio:

People often describe me as affectionate happy and sometimes a little silly. I enjoy connecting with others and showing my personality in simple joyful ways.

What matters most to me is my family especially my parents and sibling. I also find comfort in familiar things like banana-flavored treats my favorite stuffed animal and my blanket. These help me feel safe and regulated throughout the day.

The best way to support me is by following my routine and moving at my pace. I do best with caregivers who are patient calm and attentive to my sounds and cues as this is how I communicate how Im feeling. When I feel understood and respected I am able to stay happy engaged and comfortable.

Who Were Looking For

18 years or older with 1 or more years of care experience
CPR and First Aid certified or willing to get certified
Own a smartphone
Legal U.S. work authorization and background check
Drivers license and insurance for some roles

What Youll Do

Every day is different - and thats what makes this role so rewarding! Youll be there to help our members live full independent and joyful lives by:
Supporting Daily Living - From helping with meals bathing or getting ready for the day youll provide care that helps members feel confident and comfortable.
Encouraging Independence - Join members on walks shopping trips or community outings helping them connect with the world around them.
Building Life Skills - Teach and model everyday skills like cooking managing money and understanding social cues - empowering members to grow and thrive.
Keeping Things on Track - Follow care plans offer medication reminders and document progress so our team can celebrate every milestone together.
