The Cook provides food and nutritional service that meets the nutritional and therapeutic needs of residents in a sanitary and safe environment that will meet and/or exceed the standards of regulating agencies.

Qualifications

Minimum Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

Ability to read understand and follow standardized recipes
Basic understanding of or ability to learn sanitation and regulations for workplace safety
Basic understanding of or ability to learn food handling techniques preparation and cooking procedures
