We are currently seeking a PRN dentistto join our team this holiday season atIndiana State Prisonlocated inMichigan City Indiana.

The Dentist provides comprehensive professional dental treatment to address the oral health needs of incarcerated patients including routine recall exams simple extractions restorations prosthetic services prophylaxis fluoride treatments and endodontic treatments.

Qualifications

DDS or DMD
Active unrestricted IN license
Active unrestricted DEA
Must pass background screening and credentialing
