Join Our Mobile Crisis Team! Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare is expanding our 24/7/365 Mobile Crisis Team to better serve our community and were seeking a compassionate Full-Time Mobile Crisis Team Responder for Third Shift. As part of a team that responds directly to psychiatric crisis youll help bridge individuals from crisis to recovery.

Third Shift Differential $1.00

WHAT IS THIS POSITION RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Respond to crisis phone calls walk-ins on-site and provide on-site risk assessments within Vanderburgh County.
- Complete comprehensive risk assessment consult with supervisor and/or psychiatrist on-call for recommendations.
- Provide follow-up and care coordination for clients served.
- Mobile Crisis Team will provide a presence on-site at a specialized crisis shelter to monitor engage and coordinate referrals for participants.
Qualifications
WHATS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION
- Bachelors degree in Social Work or a related field of study required.
- Experience working with mental health addiction and homeless population preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency with interpersonal and writing skills.
- Commitment to improving access of mental health services in our community.
- Excellent communication time management and organizational skills.
- Candidates must obtain and maintain crisis intervention and verbal de-escalation training.
- Must have valid drivers license auto insurance that meets the Indiana State minimum coverage requirementand qualify for Companys vehicle liability insurance.
- Candidates must pass required background checks including county/state checkssex offender registry check and drug screen.
