Glenview Community Ice Center is currently looking to hire part-time Customer Service/Front Desk Staff that has availability to work days nights weekends and special events.
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for providing excellent front-line customer service to visitors and patrons. Examples of duties include:
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent desired. Some college is strongly preferred but will consider related experience or training in lieu of formal education. At least two (2) years of relevant experience required. Excellent interpersonal and phone skills with a wide range of patrons is required. Strong language skills ability to type at least 35 wpm and proofread/edit documents. Ability to multitask and handle various assignments. Knowledge of computers and software (Outlook Word Excel and Publisher). Ability to travel to facilities using personal automobile and work a varied schedule including some nights and weekends.
SCHEDULING & PAY
This is a year-round part-time position; no seasonal applicants please. Starting pay is $15.00/hour.
Position may work approximately 6-15 hours/week. We are currently looking for staff that can work during the day nights weekends and special events.
