This is a full-time hybridpositionlocated in CambridgeMAat37.5 hours/week reporting to theDirector of Conservation and position to be based inCambridge MA candidates interested in a hybrid arrangement with ourWashington role requiresup to 10% travel primarily domestic travel with limited international travel.

Monitortrends resources and good practice in land conservation policy and practice toupdate andmaintainresource library.
Maintain and manage the International Land Conservation Network website.
Produceand distributeabi-monthlye-newsletter researchingandwritingoriginal content andinvitingand editing partner-contributed content.
Conduct andaidresearch writing and editing of knowledge products.
Help tofacilitateand maintain processes for effective knowledge creationmanagementandexchangetracking key action items for follow-up.
Researchand write upbackground information for projectsor activities.
Developmaterialsand approachestospreadresearchknowledgeproducts and policy recommendations to wider audiencesbyliaising withthe InstitutesPCLDUXteamand other creative strategies.
Performoutreachtokey practitioners and organizations toexpand thedepth coverage and geographic diversity ofknowledge and experienceinknowledge products.
Coordinate with external partnersand networkstoshareknowledgeproducts.
Serve as the point person for content review resourcereviewand updates to website.
Work closely with Land and Water impact area staff tofacilitateawareness andcross-pollinationin the development anddisseminationofknowledge products.
Assistand whereappropriate leadin developing and writing proposals for donors and foundations and in providing reports and follow up materials asrequested.
Workwith the Institutes communications team on communications-related activitiesas needed.

Bachelors degreein environmentalscience management or policy or relatedsubjects
At least oneyear of experience workingin land conservation restoration orenvironmental policyor related fields
Familiarity withland conservation policy and practice
Demonstrated outstanding researchwritingand editingskills
Highly motivatedpersontodevelop subject matter knowledge in land conservation and restoration policy and practice
