Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary range: $70000 - $100000 annually

Your Role
This position offers the chance to work with a vibrant varied caseload of children and adolescents (ages 3-20) dealing with different behavioral health challenges including anxiety depression Selective Mutism OCD ADHD and behavioral challenges. You will:
- Provide high-quality individualized therapy to a caseload of 20-25 clients
- Support and coach parents in their childs therapeutic journey
- Collaborate with schools offering strategies and consultation to teachers and school staff
- Engage in continuous learning to stay at the forefront of best practices
Qualifications
- : Training and experience in Behavioral/Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Parent Management Training
- Skills: Strong communicator with an ability to connect with children teens and their families
- Licensure: Must hold (or be eligible for) a Michigan LP LLP TLLP LLMSW or LMSW license
- Ability to deliver evidence-based interventions and engage in consultative roles with schools and families
