Job Summary
The St. Louis MO office of Modjeski and Masters is seeking a Professional Engineer (PE) with at least 5 years of Bridge Design Experience and experience with IDOT or MoDOT projects.
What Were Looking For
- At least 5 years of related bridge design experience
- Valid Professional Engineer License (PE)
- Experience with IDOT or MoDOT Projects required
What Youll Do
- Review and checkstructural design calculations.
- Perform structural analysis and design of bridge components using analysis software.
- Provide information for design reports.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned including field inspections and construction serviceassignments.
- Communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing.
- Prepare project-related documents and internal correspondence.
- Perform and check quantity take-offs from contract plans.
- Review and check drawings.
- Use engineering analysis software such as LUSAS RISA-3D LEAP Bridge AutoCAD MicroStationetc.
- Correctly apply relevant design specifications including: AASHTO AREMA AISC ACI etc.
