As a key player youll spend a significant amount of time providing patient care while also supporting our Regional Director with the oversight of therapists. Youll be the primary contact for administrators at partner facilities and actively market our services to new and existing partners.

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing physical therapy interventions under the supervision of a Physical Therapist (PT).
Work with residents to improve their mobility strength and physical function.
Help residents recover from injuries surgeries or illnesses by providing physical therapy exercises and techniques.
Support residents in improving their balance coordination and functional mobility to regain independence.
Monitor and report progress to the supervising Physical Therapist and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Educate residents and their families on mobility strategies injury prevention and rehabilitation exercises.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team including physical therapists occupational therapists nurses and speech therapists to ensure holistic care.
Participate in care planning meetings to discuss resident progress and adjust therapy goals.
Maintain accurate records of treatments progress and documentation to meet healthcare regulations.
Ensure residents receive therapy in a compassionate safe and supportive environment.
