Description

Fyda Freightliner Columbus is an Elite Support Certified dealer of new Freightliner trucks and Crane Carrier vocational severe-service vehicles and carries a large inventory of all-makes of pre-owned trucks. Fyda Freightliner Columbus is the largest retailer of new and used Expediters in the United States. Serving the Columbus transportation industry hub since 1985 we operate as a full-service commercial truck dealership and body shop.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):

Greet customers and obtain necessary information for billing and details of repair/rental.
Review warranty of vehicle generate repair order and prepare it for dispatching.
Communicate repair progress with customer.
Obtain authorizations for repairs.
Assist in filling and office organization.

Qualifications

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills including ability to effectively communicate with employees and vendors.
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and maintain composure.
Ability to work independently and to meet deadlines.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA FMLA and other federal state and local standards including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
Ability to maintain regular punctual attendance consistent with the ADA FMLA and other federal state and local standards.
Must be able to listen and speak clearly on telephone.
