The Mooreis a landmark destination in the Miami Design District comprised of a private members club hotel and a collection of restaurants retail exhibition event and office space. The Moorescore programming extends throughout the buildings four floors: The first floor is anchored by a public all-day dining concept Torno Subito. The second floor houses The Club at The Moore a private members-only destination inclusive of a restaurant multiple bars lounges and private dining and event spaces. Located on the third floor The Workplace at The Moore offers leasable private offices dedicated desks and limited communal workplace access. The Hotel at The Moore is located on the buildings fourth floor and offers 15 hotel suites that are available for member and non-member bookings. Additionally the fourth floor is home to The Gallery at The Moore a 4500-square foot private exhibition and event space that overlooks the buildings iconic Elastika atrium. Position Overview

The busser at The Roof plays a crucial role in providing an organized clean and exceptional guest experience. The busser supports the runners servers bar and management team by efficiently cleaning and resetting tables ensuring the availability of flatware and plates and promptly addressing guest needs. Making sure the floor is clean and clear of any debris and spills. Also assisting in restocking necessary items such as napkins straws glassware and assistance in dishwashing if needed.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support Cocktail servers in delivering world-class service maintaining attentiveness awareness and discretion at all times
• Execute water and beverage service clearing and resetting and other service touchpoints with grace and efficiency
• Possess in-depth knowledge of the food menu ingredients preparation methods and potential allergens to answer guest questions confidently and accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas and stations throughout service and as sidework requires
• Communicate effectively with team members and remain in sync with the needs of each table
• Anticipate guests and Servers needs with sensitivity and professionalism
• Participate in daily lineups training sessions and menu briefings to stay informed and engaged
• Uphold and model our core values of respect hospitality creativity and excellence
• Be a brand ambassador embodying elegance finesse and innovation

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an upscale lounge environment
• Strong foundational knowledge of food ingredients allergens and dining room protocols
• A strong work ethic attention to detail and a team-first mindset
• Polished and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-touch environment
• Available nights weekends and holidays
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to understand and follow both written and verbal instructions.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and thrive in demanding fast-paced environments.
• Basic verbal communication skills
• At least 18 years old.

Physical Requirements:

• Capable of seizing grasping turning and holding objects with hands.
• Able to work on your feet for aminimumof 8 hours.
• Must be able to move quickly between different areas of the restaurant and club including walking up and down stairs.
• Able to move pull carry or lift items weighing at least 40 pounds.
• Occasionally required to kneel bend crouch and climb as needed.
