Key Responsibilities:

• Support and supervise staff in group homes
• Ensure safety quality care and person-centered services for residents
• Maintain compliance with state federal and organizational regulations
• Train mentor and develop team members
• Assist with daily living activities and medication administration
• Manage staffing schedules and respond to emergencies or incidents
• Communicate with families guardians and care teams
• Oversee household operations budgets and required documentation
• Participate in on-call rotations and fill in as needed
