Job Summary
Lead a team that applies its expertise and knowledge to develop implement and maintain method and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts components sub-assemblies and final assemblies. Using your technical expertise you and your team will support the (insert site) by estimating manufacturing cost determining time standards and making recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines. This will identify cost reduction and yield improvement opportunities. Develop and coordinate a team that recognizes potential technical opportunities. Balance business needs aggressive timelines functional goals and more in Manufacturing Engineering. Solve complex problems where analysis of a situation is required in order to meet the requirements of the customers. Serve as the primary interface between R&D and production teams to execute project plans and transition products to the manufacturing floor. Manage NPI build schedules including equipment relocation process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and the creation of accurate Bills of Materials (BOM). Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as first-pass yield product cycle time and production readiness checklists. Conduct risk assessments to identify potential production bottlenecks or design flaws and implement proactive solutions to maintain launch timelines. Coordinate the Layout Changes Strategies to Improve the OEE Metrics Coordinate the Change Implementation with the NPI Strategies.

- Advanced knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and CAD modeling.
