We are seeking a dynamic Product Owner to lead the development and lifecycle management of synchronous condenser solutions. This role is critical to driving business success in emerging markets.

Travel:Up to 50% international travel
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product lifecycle for synchronous condensers from concept to delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare proposals and project charters.
- Align product strategy with business objectives and market requirements global regional and countries.
- Act as the primary liaison between engineering sales and global stakeholders.
- LeadCoC (Center of Competence) initiatives and ensure compliance with HQ directives.
Qualifications
- Education: Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Experience
- Strong business acumen technical expertise is a plus.
- Background in sales or application engineering preferred.
- Multicultural experience highly desirable.
Skills
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
- Knowledge of internal proposal preparation processes.
