For more than 26 years we have provided on-site educational services in hospitals helping these school-age patients continue their education during treatment and reintegrate successfully into the classroom. With a network of over 200 educators we strive to make a positive impact for generations to we are seeking a passionate and creative teacher to join our Delaware team for the school year. This unique position will involve floating between behavioral health locations within Delaware and parts of Maryland(Dover Georgetown Salisbury) providing academic support for 12-18 year old patients in a small classroom setting as they receive this role you will have the opportunity to deliver daily lesson plans provide individualized assistance to students and regularly communicate about student progress as needed. Additionally you will monitor and adjust teaching strategies to ensure student success and maintain accurate attendance and session reports. Most of our class sizes range from 8 to 15 school-age patients at any one entails a 40-hour a week commitment Monday-Friday 7:30-4 or 8-4:30 (depending on candidate preference).
