Our affiliate Unified Womens Healthcare of Texas is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join their prestigious Womens Health Care Center in McKinney TX. Position Highlights:
Join an established and successful practice that has served women in the McKinney and the greater Dallas Metro area for over 20 years.
Practiceteam consists of 6 physicians 6 certified nurse midwives and 3 nurse practitioners along with a great support staff.
This ismainly aclinic only position and does not require any call nights or weekends.
Duties include seeing primarily gynecology patients completing charting calling back patients with labs answering patient phone calls patient education sending prescriptions electronically or by phone and administering medications.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic womens health conditions.
Council patients on contraception fertility and reproductive health options
Patient Census in Clinic: up to 20 per day.
Will perform andassistwith some minimally invasive procedures that can be completed in the office such as pap smears endometrial biopsies and IUD placements.
This position will be primarily responsible for seeing walk-in patients patients whose practitioner is out of the office and patients who need emergency/short notice appointments.

Requirements:
National Nurse Practitioner certification or ability to obtain
Unrestricted active licensure in the State or ability to obtain
Current Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain
CPR BLS and NALS Certification or ability to obtain
Proficient in assessment and development of treatment plans
Ability to communicate with patients teammembersand management staff
Ability to make care decisions based on the best medical practices without direct supervision or guidance by a physician
Two years of full-time experience as a Nurse Practitioner is preferred
