Your Role

As a Client Advisor you arent just selling cars; you are acting as a brand ambassador. You will:

  • Consult & Connect: Use a consultative approach to help customers select the perfect vehicle by truly listening to their needs.

  • Master the Product: Become an expert on BMWs latest technology and performance specs to provide attractive and informative presentations.

  • Build a Legacy: Nurture long-term relationships that turn one-time buyers into lifelong clients and referral sources.

  • Collaborate: Work directly with the Sales Manager to set goals analyze activities and hit (or exceed!) sales quotas.

Who You Are

  • Experienced: You have previous automotive sales experience and a proven track record of success.

  • Professional: You maintain a professional well-groomed appearance and phenomenal communication skills.

  • Ambitious: You have a Self-Starter mentality and bring your A-Game and a positive attitude every day.

  • Adaptable: You are ready to learn new products quickly and are available to work flexible hours including weekends.

  • Qualified: You hold a high school diploma/GED a valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
