Be the Operational Anchor of Our Commercial Division

Beach Front Property Management is seeking a sharp organized and proactive Commercial Property Administrator to support our growing retail and commercial portfolio.

Youll work directly with the Director of Retail/Commercial Property Management and play a key role in keeping operations financials and lease administration running smoothly.

What Youll Own

  • Manage daily administrative operations using Yardi Payscan and OneDrive
  • Process tenant payments deposits invoices and documentation
  • Maintain accurate lease files and tenant records
  • Support lease administration and financial tracking
  • Assist with CAM documentation and reporting support
  • Coordinate tenant requests and vendor follow-up
  • Track insurance compliance utilities and service contracts
  • Support monthly financial reporting and expense tracking
  • Draft notices memos and assist with special projects
  • Youll be the point person ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
Requirements
  • 13 years of commercial property management experience
  • Strong ability to read interpret and fully understand commercial leases.
  • Basic accounting and financial review knowledge
  • Experience with Yardi or similar property management software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel
  • Strong organization follow-up and communication/writing skills
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
