As a Part-Time Teller you will play a vital role at your branch for both your teammates and UW Credit Unions members. Your job is to make a positive impact on members lives by accurately and enthusiastically performing a variety of transactions to meet their needs. Responsibilities
- Be the face of UW Credit Union by providing front facing member service at the Oak Creek branch location
- Achieve balanced scorecard results in alignment with Members for Life Sales & Service Philosophy
- Maintain a high degree of knowledge in all UW Credit Union products and services
- Ensure all members requests are processed accurately and efficiently
- Adhere to UW Credit Unions Cash Management policies and procedures
- Research all teller transactions when potential errors are identified and communicate with affected members
- Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships through building rapport uncovering needs making recommendations & submitting referrals
- Consistently seek out opportunities to exceed member expectations
