Responsibilities

We are looking for Registered Nurses to join our Community Regional Medical Cardiac Progressive Care team! This is our largest inpatient unit with 64 monitored beds and a patient ratio of 1:3 or 1:4 (depending on the acuity) caring for moderate to high acuity cardiac patients. With a high volume of admissions and discharges you should be a knowledgeable problem solver with exceptional communication skills who pays meticulous attention to detail all while providing exceptional patient care.
In this fast-paced and team-oriented environment you will encounter a variety of patients including surgical step-down post-procedure and more. Given the advanced techniques and diverse cases you will encounter you should be a self-motivated team player eager to learn and ready to contribute to the efforts of this close-knit team.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Graduate of approved nursing program required
- RN - Current State of California Registered Nurse license required
- BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
- ACLS - Must be ontained within 1 year of hire or transfer
