Responsibilities
Provide compassionate one-on-one care to clients in their homes
Assist with daily activities such as bathing grooming dressing and hygiene
Offer companionship and emotional support
Prepare meals and assist with feeding
Provide medication reminders
Help with mobility and light exercise
Perform light housekeeping and laundry
Run errands and provide transportation assistance
Follow each clients individualized Home Plan of Care
Requirements
Must be 18 years or older
Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
Eligible to work in the U.S.
Able to pass a background check and interview screening
Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
Skills & Physical Demands
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Calm flexible and professional demeanor
Professional appearance and strong commitment to client service
Ability to sit stand bend reach and lift up to 50 lbs
Must be able to traverse stairs and assist with mobility
