JOB SUMMARY:
The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for coordinating restoration projects from initiation to completion. This includes managing timelines budgets and resources while ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality. The role involves working closely with clients subcontractors and team members to ensure effective communication problem-solving and timely resolution of any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

- Proven ability to lead motivate and manage a team of workers contractors and subcontractors
- Clear and effective oral written and interpersonal communication skills with clients team members vendors and stakeholders
- Proven understanding of project management principles of preparation execution and closure of plans timelines and budgets
- Strong organization and documentation skills to maintain accurate records of progress costs and communications.
- Familiarity with construction standards and processes pertaining to HVAC electrical plumbing and structural repairs
- Strong attention to detail to ensure all aspects of a project are covered and nothing is overlooked
- Ability to prioritize delegate and manage multiple people and projects simultaneously while working under deadlines
- Strong decision-making skills to address issues and implement solutions quickly
- Ability to work effectively with clients contractors and stakeholders to reach fair agreements and achieve positive results
- Proficiency in using modern technology and project management software
- A valid drivers license and a clean driving record

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist Project Manager with all phases of production on assigned projects.
- Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines budgets and resource allocation.
- Use PSA software to create and monitor budgets schedules work orders communication and documentation on all projects.
- Conduct daily review and approval of team carpenter timecards and subcontractor invoices.
- Participate in On-Call rotation as required.
- Coordinate with all stakeholders involved in projects including clients subcontractors and technicians.
- Manage resources assets and vehicles safely and effectively including personnel equipment and materials to ensure that projects are
- completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain open transparent and unbroken chain of communication with team and clients throughout the restoration process by
- keeping stakeholders informed about project progress addressing any concerns or questions and ensuring project satisfaction.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure that restoration work meets industry standards and client expectations by conducting
- inspections of completed work identifying any deficiencies and taking corrective action as necessary.
- Identify and address any challenges or issues that arise during the restoration process promptly and effectively by developing
- solutions to overcome obstacles minimize delays and ensure project success
