Job Summary
University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Caregiver to provide high-quality care and support to clients in Barton Hills MI. This role involves assisting clients with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being in a home environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing dressing grooming and toileting.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help clients with mobility and transfers safely.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry cleaning and maintaining a safe living environment.
- Follow care plans and any instructions from healthcare providers.
- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Compassionate patient and dependable nature.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients families and healthcare providers.
- Basic knowledge of first aid and safety procedures.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and assisting with mobility.
- Reliable transportation to and from client locations in Barton Hills MI.
