A Day in the Life:

Our company seeks a Label Control Technician1 who is able to work in a small group setting.
Person needs to have attention to detail written and verbal communication.

Education:
Required: High School Diploma or GED

Experience:

Required: No experience required.
Applies Good Manufacturing Principles in all areas of responsibilities.
Demonstrates and promotes the company vision.
Needs to be attention orientated to detail.
Opens label deliveries for the day.
Helps Delivery Acknowledge deliveries into GPM and the Label Control Receiving board.
Receives and inspects in only FCS supplied labels print mats customer supplied labels
Clinical Systems other vendors and house labels.
Receives and inspects incoming labels by verifying 1 study and 1 sample to all paperwork
associated to the part number Item Specification C of C links report Item Specification contact
etc. to specifications.
Order and receive Replacement Label Request forms for rejected labels found in Production
Client Services and Label Control with the advice from a Label Control Tech 111.
Responsible to print replacement labels at FCS. For replacement labels that are FCS supplied by
Clintrak. Label Control Tech Ill will help the Label Control Tech II print replacement labels if
needed.
Completes Distribution Orders with the help of a Label Control Tech Ill.
Completes Transferring of labels to both facilities (Nestle Way and Schantz) with advice from aLabel Control Tech Ill.
Completes Disposition Reports with the advice from a Label Control Tech Ill.
Completes cycle counting of label locations on a daily basis.
Stage jobs per sub steps according to the items quantities and ranges specified on the Job
Scheduling Queue while observing allocations specified in GPM with the help of a Label Control TechIll.
Responsible for manual and automated counting of labels/tamper seals with the advice from aLabel Control Tech 111.
Responsible for segregating of labels needed for Job sub steps with the advice from a LabelControl Tech Ill.
Locating labels to label locations after labels have been approved by QA.

Knowledge Skills Abilities:

Requires computer literacy with an understanding of Windows Microsoft Word and Excel.
Written and verbal communication skills are required.
Demonstrated analytical skills.
Attention to detail
Some of the duties require close scrutiny of label text and significant typing.
Some weekday weekends and holidays overtime may be required upon business needs.
Mastery of skills required to read understand and adhere to the SOPs and policies of a GMP
environment.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

Requires computer literacy with an understanding of Windows Microsoft Word and Excel.
Written and verbal communication skills are required.
