Groundworks Foreman RC Frame & Groundworks

Coinford Groundworks & Concrete Frame Specialists

Coinford is seeking an experienced Groundworks Foreman to lead teams on major RC frame and groundworks projects. This role is ideal for a proactive leader with extensive knowledge of groundworks operations and a proven ability to deliver high-quality safe and on-programme works.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage groundworks teams ensuring safety quality and productivity
Conduct risk assessments toolbox talks and briefings on site
Plan and ensure correct plant materials and sub-contractors are on site to meet programme requirements
Supervise excavation drainage ground beams sub-structure concrete external works road formation oversite slabs and cut/fill earthworks
Safely manage works around buried services
Interpret drawings programmes and specifications converting them into practical site operations
Engage with operatives to maintain H&S quality and production standards
Communicate effectively with clients and site management demonstrating strong commercial awareness

Requirements

Extensive experience in RC frame and groundworks operations
Proven leadership of groundworks teams and subcontractors
Strong knowledge of construction programmes and site delivery
Excellent communication skills
Reliable punctual and safety-focused
Right to work in the UK
