Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Supervise housekeeping staff and allocate daily duties
Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms public areas and back-of-house
Inspect rooms and areas to maintain hotel quality standards
Train housekeeping staff on SOPs hygiene and safety procedures
Monitor inventory of linen amenities and cleaning supplies
Coordinate with front office for room readiness and occupancy
Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related issues
Ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene standards
