Job Summary
Amazon Legal is seeking a self-driven highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Vice President of Global Entertainment Legal an organization within the Legal Department that provides legal support for Amazon MGM Studios Prime Video Amazon Music Luna Amazon Games Audible and Twitch. A high degree of diplomacy integrity and discretion in handling confidential information is essential as is the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and to deliver high-quality results. As the lead EA of the Global Entertainment Legal organization this role also partners with the leadership team and their EAs to foster a process-driven efficient and inclusive environment.
You will possess the ability to complete complex tasks quickly react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround and take effective action. You will understand leader and team priorities demonstrate the ability to proactively anticipate needs and drive improvements that build capacity for the leadership team.
This is a Culver City based role and the ability to work in-office five days a week is required.
Key job responsibilities
- Complex calendar management and coordination for high-level internal and external meetings
- Seamless travel management including frequent domestic and international travel as well as expense reporting
- Manage team building activities
- Partnering collaboratively with fellow Executive Assistants and Legal Professionals locally and globally
- Have fun work hard and make history
- 5 years of executive assistant experience
- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience in a fast-paced high-tech company
- Experience working in a matrixed organization
- Ability to work with existing AI tools and willingness to experiment with new AI tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
