Job Summary
University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aide to join our team in Milan MI. The ideal candidate will provide personalized care and support to our clients helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming and toileting
- Provide medication reminders and support with prescribed treatments
- Help clients with light housekeeping tasks including cleaning laundry and meal preparation
- Monitor clients health and well-being reporting any changes to supervisors or healthcare providers
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and any significant observations
- Follow all safety and care guidelines to ensure a safe environment for clients
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate empathy
- Reliable transportation to travel to client locations in Milan MI
- Ability to pass a background check
- Physical ability to assist clients with mobility and daily tasks
