Job Summary

Intro / Job Brief

We are looking for a Sales Manager with a proven track record of scaling businesses / business units to $25M in revenue. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through both direct sales and team leadership. This individual will identify and develop new market opportunities manage and mentor a team of Account Executives and ensure that the sales process is efficient consistent and aligned with company objectives. The ideal candidate is strategic data-driven and passionate about building high-performing sales teams while cultivating strong client relationships. They will work closely with Marketing and Technical teams to maximize client engagement and support scalable growth. The Sales Manager will report to the Director of People and Brand.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead mentor and develop a team of three Account Executives ensuring they meet or exceed sales targets.
  2. Drive new business development and expand market share in existing and new markets.
  3. Collaborate with Marketing and Technical teams to generate leads build campaigns and maximize client engagement.
  4. Learn manage and improve the sales and opportunities processes ensuring accurate documentation and seamless handoff to project teams.
  5. Conduct market research to identify trends opportunities and competitive insights.
  6. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and prospects.
  7. Represent the company at networking events industry conferences and client meetings.
  8. Monitor sales performance analyze metrics and provide regular reports to executive leadership.

Qualifications

  1. Proven experience growing a company or business unit to at least $25M in revenue.
  2. Demonstrated ability to sell into new markets and expand market share.
  3. Experience managing a small team of sales professionals with measurable success.
  4. Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  5. Strong understanding of CRM frameworks sales operations and pipeline management.
  6. Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
  7. Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
