Academic Tutor - Part-time position Grades 9-12This position will support students to improve academic success by providing academic assistance and targeted instruction in core academic areas. This position will involve working with students individually and/or in small groups. It will include communicating with core teachers team members and administrators. The tutor will be asked to monitor the progress of students on specific goals and proficiencies. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in math and/or literacy education and those with experience working with high school position is grant-funded and the tutor will work up to 18 hours per week. A Vermont educators license is desirable. Position to begin immediately.
