Quality Multi-Family Mgr (Multi Job Leadership)

Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Multi-Family Manager to join our team in New Orleans LA!

Position Responsibilities:

• Performs management activities across multiple (2 or more) Quality Management Job Families.
• Develops and executes business plans policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies.
• Provides education and coaching on the Quality System.
• Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements.
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners suppliers and direct reports. Manages develops and motivates employees.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

This position requires the ability to obtain a clearance for access to a National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) facility.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements therefore a US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. US Person includes US Citizen lawful permanent resident refugee or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 5 years of experience with AS9100 and/or a similar Quality Management System standard
• 5 years of experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCCA) and Corrective Action
• 3 years of experience working with Non-Conformance (NCR) processes
• 3 years of experience in a production-related discipline such as Manufacturing Quality Production Engineering Supplier Management and/or Supplier Quality
• 3 years of experience leading teams or projects formally or informally
• Experience in leading or managing projects and teams

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelors degree or higher
• Experience with system engineering /quality engineering
• Experience with surveillance and compliance audits

Travel:

This position may require travel up to 10% of the time.
