Dean Carter Chevrolet has a position available for a motivated and experiencedAutomotive BDC Representative to lead our dealerships customer engagement and appointment-setting operations. This role is critical to driving showroom traffic improving lead conversion and delivering an outstanding customer experience across phone text email and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all inbound and outbound customer communications (calls texts emails internet leads)
- Set track and improve appointment show rates and sales conversion
- Develop and enforce BDC scripts processes and best practices
- Monitor CRM activity to ensure timely and accurate follow-up
- Analyze daily weekly and monthly performance reports
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Service Teams
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous BDC or Internet Sales management experience in automotive (required)
- Strong leadership coaching and communication skills
- Proven ability to drive results through process and accountability
- CRM experience (e.g. Elead or similar)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
