At our Rotterdam production site located in Rotterdam-Botlek we are currently seeking motivated and talented individuals to join our Internship Program - Internal Communication. The objective is to improve the internal communication platforms within the organization focusing on SharePoint and narrowcasting. The intern will contribute to increasing visibility usability and traffic to these platforms and will develop a report with concrete recommendations.

Role Responsibilities:
As a Intern you will be responsible for:
- Inventory of current SharePoint pages and narrowcasting content
- Analysis of user experience and traffic to The Hub
- Comparison with corporate and division templates and guidelines
- Development and implementation of improved layout and flow of SharePoint pages
- Updating narrowcasting visuals according to brand guidelines
- Interviews with employees about their information needs and preferences
- Development of a communication plan to promote SharePoint as a primary source of information
- Advisory report with recommendations for:
- Improved content structure and navigation
- Increased traffic and engagement
- Reduction of email communication through better platform integration
Experience and Competencies:
We are looking for experienced candidates with focus on communication:
- Affinity with digital communication and UX (user experience)
- Knowledge of SharePoint and/or willingness to learn quickly
- Creative and analytical thinking
- Strong writing skills and sense of visual communication
- Proactive attitude and independent
- Proficiency in both Dutch and English is required.

- Paid internship for 3-6 months
- Initial training and continuous support working with experienced mentors and colleagues who will guide you throughout the Internship Program.
- Flexibility related to working hours (maximum of 40 hours/week).
- Hybrid work policy allowing you to work both in the office and remotely. We value regular office presence ideally three days per week
